💫 Wednesdays – Midweek Bounce 💫 with Agnese Bluma Join us every Wednesday at St. Luke’s Church Hall, Southend SS2 4AB (small hall behind the church) for an uplifting midweek rebound session. This energising full-body workout uses original Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes, designed to reduce joint impact while improving cardio fitness, coordination and core strength. Cancellation Policy
By booking a class, you agree to the following: -> All class bookings are non-refundable. -> You may reschedule your class with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the start time. -> Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that session. -> Failure to attend a booked class (no-show) will result in the session being forfeited. -> In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered an alternative date or class credit. -> Jump Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within their stated validity period.
