These Terms & Conditions apply to all events, workshops, festivals, fitness holidays, parades, and projects (“Events”) organised and/or promoted by Bluma Jumps UK (sole trader), trading as Rebound Club Southend, or any associated brands (“the Organiser/Promoter”). By purchasing a ticket, submitting a booking, or participating in any Event, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Official Events & Equipment Requirements

All Events organised or promoted by Bluma Jumps UK are official Kangoo Jumps® events, held in coordination with authorised Kangoo Jumps partners when applicable. Only original, authentic Kangoo Jumps® rebound shoes and components are permitted at our Events. The use, promotion, or attempted entry with counterfeit / imitation / replica / modified / non-original rebound equipment is strictly prohibited. If you attempt to participate with prohibited equipment:

• your entry will be immediately cancelled

• you will be removed from the venue without refund

• appropriate action may be taken where necessary

• Kangoo Jumps® Head Office may be notified where required

2. Tickets, Bookings & Cancellations

All tickets, passes, and bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the Event is officially cancelled or postponed by the Organiser. If you fail to use a promotional code at checkout, no retrospective discount or refund will be issued. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be invalid and may result in denied entry. Personal expenses (accommodation, travel, meals, insurance, etc.) are the sole responsibility of participants. No compensation is provided for such costs if the Event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Performer / Presenter Substitution Clause:

Events may include multiple instructors, presenters, performers, or guest trainers. By booking, you acknowledge that you are registering for the Event itself, not for any specific performer, class slot, or named presenter. If any instructor, presenter, or performer is changed, replaced, or unable to attend, this does not qualify for a refund; this does not justify partial refunds; this does not qualify as grounds for ticket transfer. Substitutions may occur due to illness, emergencies, travel issues, personal matters, or scheduling changes. The Event will still be delivered in full.

3. Force Majeure

Bluma Jumps UK is not responsible for any failure to hold or complete an Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters; extreme weather; war or terrorism; pandemics or infectious disease outbreaks; government restrictions; venue closures; transport disruptions; strikes or industrial action. In such cases, refunds may not apply. Where possible, Events may be postponed, relocated, or adapted.

4. Conduct, Safety & Security

To maintain a safe environment for all participants entry may be refused to any person who appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs; behaves aggressively, disruptively, or inappropriately; brings prohibited or dangerous items; fails to follow staff or instructor instructions. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to) alcohol and intoxicating substances; illegal drugs or “legal highs”; weapons, knives, sharp objects; glass containers (except small perfume bottles); gas canisters, flares, smoke devices, fireworks; chemicals or hazardous materials; megaphones, air horns, unauthorised sound systems; animals (except certified service animals). The Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to remove any participant at their discretion. Participants must follow instructions given by the Event staff; instructors and trainers; venue personnel; safety stewards; security teams. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.

5. Restrictions on Competing Events

To protect the integrity and unique format of our Events: Participants must not use event materials, branding, or content to promote competing events in a way that may cause confusion or misrepresentation. Breaches may result in exclusion from future Events; revocation of teaching or collaboration privileges; legal action if intellectual property or branding is misused.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

The Organiser/Promoter, event venue, instructors, trainers, and partners are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during or travelling to/from the Event, except where caused directly by our negligence. All personal belongings are brought at your own risk. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

7. Media, Photography & Intellectual Property

By attending the Event, you agree that:

You may be filmed, photographed, or recorded by event staff, authorised media, or security personnel. Your name, voice, and image may be used without limitation for Event documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes- worldwide, in any media, without payment. Police or security recording for safety or prevention of crime may also occur. All photos, videos, graphics, and media created by or on behalf of Bluma Jumps UK remain our intellectual property. You must not use Event media to promote other brands; unrelated services; competing classes or events; commercial products. Unauthorised use of Kangoo Jumps® trademarks or event materials may result in legal action.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Bluma Jumps UK may update or amend these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be published online. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with an Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
