Purpose
At Bluma Jumps UK, we are committed to providing fair, professional, and supportive service to all customers. We also reserve the right to protect our business, products, instructors, staff, and customers against fraud, misuse, abusive conduct, and dishonest activity. This policy applies to all purchases, bookings, equipment hire, events, classes, workshops, and interactions with our business.
Examples of Fraud or Misuse
Fraudulent or abusive behaviour may include, but is not limited to:

Our Rights
Where fraud, misuse, or abusive conduct is suspected, we reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders or bookings

Refuse returns, exchanges, or warranty claims

Withhold refunds where legally permitted

Request further evidence or identification

Report suspicious activity to payment providers, couriers, platforms, insurers, or relevant authorities

Restrict or permanently block future purchases or bookings

Recover losses, costs, damages, or unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels
Fair Assessment
All claims and concerns are assessed reasonably and individually. Genuine customers with legitimate issues will continue to receive support in line with UK consumer law.
