Kangoo Jumps rebound boots have to be adjusted not only according to the user's shoe size and body weight, their health condition and physical level also have to be taken into account. Kangoo Jumps rebound boots are used at your own risk. Once purchased, the equipment should only be used in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions and should likewise be inspected before use and properly maintained.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Bluma Jumps Limited (or directors, officers, affiliates, agents or employees) and the owners of the website, at your own expense and immediately after receiving a written notice thereof, from and against any damages, loss, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees and legal expenses, resulting from any plea, claim, allegation or demand, arising from, or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website and/or the product and/or our service, Your breach of the terms, your fraudulent acts, or your breach of any other law or regulation.
Limitation of Liability

The entire liability of Bluma Jumps Limited (or directors, officers, affiliates, agents or employees) and the owners of the website hereunder shall not exceed One British Sterling Pound. 
Events/Festivals/Workshops/Projects
Any and all kinds of Events - parades/festivals/workshops/projects, e.g. Fit Escape, organised and/or advertised/promoted by Bluma Jumps are Official Kangoo Jumps events, agreed with the Kangoo Jumps Head Office and the Official Distributor of the country the Event is taking place. In these terms Bluma Jumps Limited and any person involved in organising - the Organiser/Promoter. The participation/entry is voluntary and strictly with the original genuine KJ rebound shoes, without any exceptions. If found to be entering/participating and/or promoting any similar or other aftermarket products during these Events, it will be taken as breach of our Terms and Conditions and/or Kangoo Jumps Trademark infringement. The Organiser/Promoter reserve the rights to cancel your entry/participation without prior notice, you must leave the premises/event immediately, you are not entitled for a refund. The Organiser/Promoter and Kangoo Jumps Head Office may proceed with legal actions against you. Tickets/Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the Event is cancelled, or postponed. If a discount code is offered as part of a promotion and the code is not entered then a refund will also not be permitted. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. The Organiser/Promoter will not be liable for the payment or any compensation of personal expenses related to the Event. The Organiser/Promoter will not be liable to you for failure to perform any of our obligations to the extent that the failure is caused by ‘force majeure’. In the case of cancellation, personal arrangements including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence, accommodation etc. relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk and the Organiser/Promoter shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure. The Organiser/Promoter is unable to accept any liability for personal damages, losses, or injuries sustained at the Event and/or during your free time within the Event/project. Any personal property brought to the Event is at your own risk. Any persons deemed to be ‘in drink’ or under the influence of drugs will not be permitted entry into the Event. Strictly no alcohol, illegal substances, ‘legal’ highs, glass items (except small perfume bottles), candles, gas canisters, flares, knives, laser equipment/pens, BBQs, megaphones, sound making equipment, nitrous oxide, animals, fireworks, smoke canisters, poles, banners or flags are allowed at the Event. The Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry/participation and also to evict anyone who they feel are behaving inappropriately at the Event. Which actions constitute ‘inappropriate behaviour’ is at the sole discretion of the Organiser/Promoter. Customers are to cooperate with and obey any instructions or directions given by the Event Organiser/Promoter, stewards, security or management. The Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the Event to ensure the safe management of the Event site/within the project. You must at all times comply with any and all instructions given to you by the Event Organiser/Promoter. The event venue operators, Organisers/Promoters, and instructors/trainers cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, nor accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in, or outside, the venue/site during the Event regardless of fault or reason, unless through the gross negligence of the offending party. Please note that by entering the Event/participating in the project you give your express consent to being photographed/filmed or sound recorded as part of the audience, and to your name, voice and/or likeness being included within any film, photograph, audio or audio-visual recording of the Event to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world. This may also include filming by the police or security staff for the security of attendees at the Event or the prevention of crime. The Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to alter the Terms & Conditions of the Event from time to time and will publish these as and when necessary without prior notice. These Conditions are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 
General
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, under English and Welsh law, be limited or excluded. Subject to this, if you are a consumer and not a business user, in no event shall we be liable to you for any business losses, and if you are a business user, in no event shall we be liable to you for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill or other similar losses, and any liability we do have for losses you suffer is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. We are not responsible to you for loss or damage of a kind that we could not reasonably have foreseen, which results from you misusing the goods, or loss and/or damage as a result of wear or tear or otherwise from a good which is damaged after it was delivered to you.
