This website is operated by Bluma Jumps UK, a trading name of Agnese Bluma, sole trader. Rebound Club Southend is a fitness service operated by Bluma Jumps UK.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Bluma Jumps UK, including Rebound Club Southend where applicable.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, booking a class, purchasing a pass, hiring equipment, attending an event, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referred to on our website. You must not use our website or services if you do not agree with these Terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the website or booking services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Definitions

• Customer / You – means any person using the website, purchasing products, booking services, attending classes or events, or hiring equipment.

• Products / Goods – means physical products available for purchase, including rebound shoes, spare parts, accessories, clothing, equipment, and related items.

• Services – means any fitness class, boot hire, event, workshop, consultation, fitting, adjustment, instruction, or other service provided by us.

• Order – means your request to purchase Goods or Services from us.

• Contract – means the legally binding agreement between you and us.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• misuse the website;

• interfere with its security or operation;

• upload or transmit harmful code;

• provide false, incomplete, or misleading information;

• attempt to access restricted areas without permission;

• copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without written consent.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website where misuse is suspected.

Product Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order but does not mean the order has been accepted. A contract for products is formed when we dispatch your order or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• products are unavailable;

• payment is not authorised;

• pricing or product information contains an obvious error;

• fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected;

• delivery is not possible to the address provided;

• you have breached these Terms or any related policy.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid, unless we are legally entitled to withhold payment due to suspected fraud, misuse, damage, or other valid reason.

Product Information, Sizing & Appearance

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices, images, and availability information are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours, finishes, packaging, labels, or branding may vary due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturer updates, or supply variations. Sizing guides are provided for general guidance only. Fit and comfort may vary depending on individual body proportions, intended use, experience level, and adjustment of the product. Where products require body-weight range, size, or adjustment information, you are responsible for providing accurate details. We are not responsible for unsuitable fitting or adjustment where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided. Minor differences in packaging, stickers, labels, or model markings do not automatically mean the product is faulty, provided the product supplied matches the essential description, function, and specification of the item ordered.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected where goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£ GBP). Bluma Jumps UK is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to prices. Payment must be made in full before dispatch, booking confirmation, or service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, bank transfer, or other payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

Third-Party Providers

We may use third-party providers to support our website, payments, bookings, deliveries, analytics, marketing, and communications. These may include Wix, payment processors, delivery companies, analytics platforms, and marketing providers. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, delays, or technical issues outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to support customers where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, images, videos, logos, layout, product descriptions, educational materials, class content, and promotional materials are owned by or licensed to Bluma Jumps UK, unless otherwise stated. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, sell, publish, or commercially use any content without our prior written consent. Kangoo Jumps® and related marks belong to their respective owner. Any use on our website is made in connection with the sale, promotion, or support of genuine products and services.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

• breach of statutory consumer rights;

• any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of data. For business customers, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant goods or services, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and related policies from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website. The version in force at the time of your order, booking, or hire will apply to that transaction unless a change is required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the UK.
