Delivery / Shipping Terms & Conditions
1. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are not included in the product price displayed on our website. They will be added at the checkout and vary based on the delivery service selected as well as the weight and quantity of goods ordered.
2. Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including street, door number / house name, city, region, and zip/postal code, at the time of purchase. Use Additional Information box to include any necessary delivery instructions that may help the courier to deliver safely. Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items as promptly as possible.

6. Delivery Partners
We work with reputable third-party couriers such as Royal Mail, ParcelForce, and DPD Local, among others. These couriers may delegate responsibilities to affiliated parties, and our terms extend to them accordingly. By selecting delivery, you agree to both Bluma Jumps Limited’s policies and the terms and conditions of the chosen courier, available on their official websites (e.g., Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD Local).
7. Parcel Protection & Responsibility
Parcels are shipped with standard courier protection (typically £20–£50). No additional insurance is provided unless otherwise arranged. For orders over £200 and all KJ rebound shoes, tracking information will be provided despite the chosen service. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery is missed, you must promptly arrange redelivery within the courier’s allowed timeframe. Unless otherwise specified at checkout (e.g., “Do not leave unattended,” “Deliver to recipient only”), it is assumed that your provided delivery address is secure, and the parcel can be left in a safe place out of sight of public as per the courier's terms and conditions. Bluma Jumps Limited is not responsible for any parcels that go missing after confirmed delivery.
8. Kerbside Pickup (Customer-Arranged Shipping) or In-person collection
You may choose free Kerbside Pickup and/or provide your own postage label by leaving a note at checkout. Please contact us for parcel dimensions and weight, and send us your label within 24 hours of placing order by replying to your order confirmation email. You may choose to collect your order in person at an agreed time and location. Please bring your order number and a valid form of ID. If someone is collecting on your behalf, you must notify us in advance. They must provide proof of your identity or ID with the same surname. Accepted Forms of ID: Cheque Guarantee / Credit / Debit Card, Valid Passport, Driver’s Licence, Utility Bill.
9. Split Shipments
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will be informed if this is the case. There is no additional cost to you. Any extra consignments will be sent via our Express Delivery option, and you will receive separate tracking details.

Every product is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Events / Festivals / Workshops / Projects – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all events organised and/or promoted by Bluma Jumps Limited, including but not limited to parades, festivals, workshops, projects, and events such as Fit Escape fitness holiday (collectively referred to as the “Event(s)”). Bluma Jumps Limited and any persons involved in the organisation of the Event are referred to as the Organiser/Promoter.
1. Official Events
All Events are official Kangoo Jumps® events, organised in coordination with the Kangoo Jumps Head Office and the Official Distributor in the respective host country. Participation in these Events is strictly limited to the use of original, authentic Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes. No exceptions will be made.
Any participant found using, promoting, or attempting to enter with aftermarket, counterfeit, or imitation products will be considered in breach of these Terms and/or in violation of Kangoo Jumps' trademark rights. In such cases:

Your entry/participation will be immediately cancelled.

You will be asked to vacate the venue without refund.

The Organiser/Promoter and/or Kangoo Jumps Head Office reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings.
2. Tickets, Bookings & Cancellations

All tickets and bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the Event is cancelled or officially postponed.

If a promotional discount code is offered but not applied at the time of booking, retrospective refunds will not be issued.

Personal arrangements (e.g. travel, accommodation, meals) made by participants are at their own risk and cost. No compensation will be offered for such arrangements if the Event is cancelled, postponed, or altered for any reason.
3. Force Majeure
The Organiser/Promoter is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or government restrictions ("force majeure").
4. Conduct, Safety & Security

Entry will be refused to anyone appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Strictly prohibited items include (but are not limited to): alcohol, illegal substances, legal highs, glass (except small perfume bottles), candles, gas canisters, flares, knives, laser pens, megaphones, sound systems, nitrous oxide, animals, fireworks, smoke canisters, poles, flags, or banners.

The Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to:

Refuse entry or remove individuals at its sole discretion for inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour.

Define what constitutes inappropriate behaviour.

All attendees must comply with instructions issued by the Organiser/Promoter, venue staff, security personnel, and stewards at all times.
5. Restrictions on Competing Events
Participants, and any associated individuals or businesses, are strictly prohibited from organising or promoting similar events/projects, e.g. Fit Escape fitness holiday, within the same geographic area 1 (one) calendar month before or after our event. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.
6. Liability

The Organiser/Promoter, event venue, and any associated instructors or trainers shall not be liable for:

Any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during or outside the Event, except where caused by gross negligence.

Lost, stolen, or damaged property. All personal belongings are brought at your own risk.

7. Media & Intellectual Property

By entering the Event, you give express consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded, and to the use of your name, image, and/or likeness in any media for promotional or documentation purposes worldwide, without limitation or compensation.

This may include filming by police or security personnel for safety or crime prevention.

All materials produced during the Event — including videos, photos, illustrations — are protected by copyright and remain the property of Bluma Jumps and Kangoo Jumps Head Office.

Such materials must not be used to promote other brands, services, or products. Any misuse will be considered a breach of these Terms and/or a trademark infringement, and may result in legal action.
