You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using the Website with consent of a parent/guardian.

3. Definitions

Customer / You – any person using the Website, purchasing products, or booking services
Products / Goods – physical items available for purchase through the Website
Services – activities provided by us, including classes, events, workshops, and equipment hire
Order – a request by you to purchase Products or book Services
Contract – a legally binding agreement formed:
– for Products, when we dispatch your order; and
– for Services, when we confirm your booking

You agree not to use the Website unlawfully; interfere with Website security; upload harmful code; provide false information. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• Order confirmation email = acknowledgement only
• Contract is formed upon dispatch confirmation

We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud.

6. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy of descriptions and images. However, images may vary slightly; specifications may change; minor variations do not constitute a fault. Rebound shoes may be labelled differently (e.g. XR3 / PRO), but meet the same standards.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, all information is provided for general guidance only and may be updated without notice.

Suitability:

It is your responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for your individual needs, intended use, and fitness level. Any advice provided is based on the information you supply, and we are not responsible where incorrect or incomplete information is given.

Colours & Images:

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to device screen settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing tolerances. Such variations do not constitute a fault.

Sizing:

Sizing guides are provided as general guidance only. Fit and comfort may vary depending on individual factors such as body proportions, experience, and product adjustment. Items returned due to incorrect sizing will not be considered faulty if they match the size ordered and will be treated in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Acceptance:

By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor variations in size, colour, or appearance may occur. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

7. Prices & Payment

All prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. Accepted methods: Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bank transfer.

8. Delivery

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery. If goods are not delivered within 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund.

9. Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days under UK law. Conditions: items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return. Customer pays return postage (unless faulty or incorrect).

10. Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

11. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or withhold refunds where fraudulent or misleading activity is suspected, including false claims of non-delivery, returning used or damaged items as unused, providing inaccurate information, misuse of return or warranty processes.

We may investigate claims and take appropriate action where necessary.

12. Use of Equipment & Safety

Rebound shoes involve physical activity and risk. You agree to use equipment safely, to ensure proper fitting, minors must be supervised. Use is at your own risk.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, rights under UK law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect losses, and total liability is limited to the amount paid.

14. Website Content

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and error-free content. We are not responsible for reliance on content and third-party links.

15. Third-Party Services

Payments and services may be provided by third parties (e.g. Wix, PayPal). We are not responsible for their systems.

16. Intellectual Property
