Kangoo Bootcamp™️ - is a military style, activity based training program for group fitness instructors and personal trainers. Intervals of running and/or drill style aerobic activity interspersed with conditioning exercises make up the base of this workout. This format improves muscle strength and endurance as it improves cardiorespiratory fitness. Easy to follow, highly motivational program suitable for all ages and fitness levels, can be performed both - indoors and outdoors. It can be a valuable cross training tool that improves fitness level as it reduces the rate of injury and improves exercise adherence by reducing boredom.
Kangoo Kick & Punch™️ - inspired by martial arts techniques and contactless combat sports. Kangoo Kick & Punch is a non-contact, non-aggressive program, and a great stress reliever. To apply for this KJFP, you must hold Kangoo Power license for at least 1 year and you must show a very good body alignment.
Kangoo Discovery™️ - is specifically developed for young people above the age of 5. It is a basic program for schools and fitness organizations. It challenges children's creativity by including games and exercises that keep class motivating from beginning to end. Classes are designed to build coordination, endurance, good body posture, and self-image. With KJ rebound shoes, children turn negative energy into positive, in a fun and enjoyable workout that will challenge both the body and brain in the most interactive and innovative ways.
