General Safety
Kangoo Jumps® rebound shoes are designed to make movement fun, dynamic, and low-impact, but they must be used responsibly. Before taking part, make sure you have enough space, suitable flooring, appropriate clothing, and correct fitting. Warm up before use and cool down afterwards. Stay hydrated and listen to your body. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, shortness of breath, or unwell.
Medical Advice
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, taking medication that affects balance, or have any medical condition affecting heart health, joints, bones, muscles, balance, breathing, or neurological function.
Correct Fit & Setup
Rebound shoes must be properly sized, fitted, and adjusted.
Before first use:

ask for advice if unsure.
Before every session:
-
check springs, shells, soles, clamps, straps, buckles, liners, and fastenings;
-

-
fasten straps securely;
-
do not use damaged or unsafe equipment.

Children and Young Users
Children and young users must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Equipment must be correctly fitted for their size and body weight. Young users must follow all safety instructions and use only in suitable environments.
Care and Maintenance
Clean equipment after use and store it indoors in a dry environment. Replace worn components promptly. Do not use equipment with cracked, broken, loose, or excessively worn components. Do not attempt unauthorised repairs or modifications. For regular users, springs and key components should be inspected frequently and replaced when signs of wear appear. T-Springs are generally recommended for replacement every 60–80 hours of use, depending on surface, user weight, intensity, and maintenance.
Classes and Group Sessions
Attend only qualified instructor classes. Follow your instructor’s guidance at all times. Wear suitable sportswear and socks. Inform your instructor of injuries, health concerns, pregnancy, or anything that may affect safe participation. Instructors may refuse participation if safety is at risk.
Important Notice
Rebound exercise is a physical activity and carries inherent risk. Bluma Jumps UK, Rebound Club Southend, its instructors, directors, assistants and representatives are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse, unsafe behaviour, unsuitable surfaces, poor maintenance, failure to follow instructions, or use of damaged equipment.
