Overview
This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased directly from Bluma Jumps UK. We supply genuine Kangoo Jumps® products and other related products, accessories, and fitness items. Manufacturer warranty terms may vary by product, brand, and component. This policy explains how we handle warranty support, without limiting your statutory rights.

Other Products & Accessories
Products not manufactured by Kangoo Jumps® may be covered by their own manufacturer or supplier warranty where applicable.
Where a manufacturer warranty exists, we will assist with eligible claims. If no manufacturer warranty applies, we will assess any issue in line with UK consumer law.

All warranty claims are assessed case by case. We may request photos, videos, proof of purchase, usage details, maintenance details, and return of the item for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we may offer one or more of the following, depending on the circumstances:
-
repair;
-
replacement part;
-
replacement product;
-
price reduction;
-
refund where appropriate.
