This warranty applies to products purchased from Bluma Jumps UK.

1. Overview
This warranty applies to products purchased from Bluma Jumps UK. We supply both:

Kangoo Jumps® products (covered by manufacturer warranty), and
-
other products and accessories (covered by standard consumer rights and supplier warranties where applicable).
This policy explains how warranty coverage works for each.
2. Kangoo Jumps® Products
Kangoo Jumps products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Bluma Jumps UK acts as retailer and authorised warranty facilitator in the UK. Warranty Duration from date of delivery:

Main boot structure / frame: 12 months

Replaceable components (e.g. shells, springs, liners, soles, clamps): 3 months
What is Covered

Manufacturing defects
-
Faults under normal use
What is NOT Covered
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Misuse or improper use
-
Incorrect assembly or adjustment
-
Accidental damage
-
Poor maintenance or storage
-
Unauthorised modifications or repairs
-
Commercial use (unless agreed)
3. Other Products & Accessories
Products not manufactured by Kangoo Jumps® are covered by their respective manufacturer or supplier warranties (where applicable), and protected under your statutory rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Where a manufacturer warranty exists, we will assist you in processing the claim. If no manufacturer warranty applies, we will assess issues in line with UK consumer law.
4. Our Responsibility
All products are inspected before dispatch. If a fault is confirmed, we may (at our discretion):

repair the product
-
replace the product or part
-
issue a refund (where appropriate)
All claims are assessed case-by-case.
5. Making a Warranty Claim
All claims must be submitted in writing:
Please include your name and contact details, order number / proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the fault. We may request return of the item for inspection. Returns must not be sent without prior approval.
6. Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses and damage caused by misuse or external factors.
7. Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

goods must be of satisfactory quality
-
goods must match their description
-
goods must be fit for purpose
If a product is faulty within the first 30 days, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
