Health & Fitness Waiver & Liability Acknowledgement

Please read this document carefully before participating in any rebound activity or using rebound shoes. By signing, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms below.

 

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

I understand that the use of rebound shoes and participation in rebounding activities involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to: Slips, trips, and falls; Loss of balance; Collisions with other participants; Sprains, strains, or fractures; Other minor or serious injuries. I acknowledge that these risks cannot be completely eliminated.

2. Fitness to Participate

I confirm that: I am in good physical health and able to participate in physical activity; I do not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe; I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs; I understand that it is my responsibility to seek medical advice if I am unsure about my ability to participate.

3. Responsibility During Participation

I agree to: Follow all instructions given by the instructor (if applicable); Use the equipment only as intended; Stop immediately if I feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort; Act responsibly and with consideration for others.

4. Use at Own Risk

I understand and agree that participation in rebound activities and use of the equipment is entirely at my own risk.

5. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that Bluma Jumps UK, its owner, instructors, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation or use of the equipment.

Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

6. Responsibility for Others (Hire & Events)

Where I am hiring equipment or organising an event, I confirm that: I am responsible for ensuring all participants are informed of risks; I will ensure participants are supervised where necessary; I accept responsibility for those using the equipment under my booking.

7. Minors (Under 18)

If participants are under 18: I confirm I am the parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult; I accept full responsibility for their participation and safety; I confirm they are physically able to take part.

8. Medical Emergency

In the event of an emergency, I consent to receiving first aid and/or medical treatment if required.

9. Consent & Agreement

By confirming the booking, I confirm that: I have read and understood this waiver in full; I understand the risks involved; I voluntarily agree to participate or allow participation; I accept the terms outlined above.
