Event & Commercial Hire Agreement & Liability Waiver

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking an event or commercial hire, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of Agreement
These terms apply to all event, group, and commercial bookings, including but not limited to: Corporate events; Schools, colleges, and universities; Birthday parties and private events; Festivals and community events; Instructor-led sessions; Any activity where participants are charged or organised as a group.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the event, as agreed. A minimum booking value of £150 applies to all event and commercial hires (unless otherwise agreed). This applies regardless of participant numbers, session duration, or event type. Bluma Jumps UK reserves the right to adjust pricing based on location, travel, or event requirements; decline or cancel bookings where payment terms are not met.
3. Event Setup & Requirements
The hirer must ensure the venue provides: A flat, safe, and suitable surface; Sufficient space for participants; Parking space close to the activity area; Minimum 2.1m height clearance for any parking access. Bluma Jumps UK requires adequate time to: Set up equipment; Conduct safety checks; Fit participants with boots.​
4. Equipment & Instructor Provision
Bookings may include:
– Equipment hire only, or
– Equipment with instructor-led sessions
Bluma Jumps UK reserves the right to require a qualified instructor for group bookings to ensure safety and quality. An instructor is mandatory for large groups, public events, and school, university, or corporate bookings. Where an instructor is provided, all participants must follow instructions at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unsafe or unsuitable.​
5. Responsibility & Supervision
The hirer is responsible for: Ensuring participants behave safely; Providing supervision where required (especially for minors); Ensuring participants follow all instructions. For events without an instructor, full responsibility lies with the hirer.
6. Health & Safety
Rebound activities involve physical exertion and inherent risk. The hirer confirms that all participants: Are physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions preventing safe use. Participants must stop immediately if experiencing: Pain; Dizziness; Discomfort.
7. Assumption of Risk
The hirer acknowledges risks including (but not limited to): Falls; Collisions; Sprains; Fractures. Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
8. Equipment Responsibility
The hirer is responsible for all equipment during the booking period. Equipment must be used appropriately and returned in good condition. The hirer is liable for: Loss; Theft; Damage beyond normal wear and tear. Charges may apply up to the full replacement value.
9. Weather & Outdoor Events
Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. Bluma Jumps UK reserves the right to: Modify; Postpone; Cancel sessions, where safety may be compromised.
10. Cancellation & Changes
• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior: deposit may be transferred to a new date.
• Cancellations within 7 days: deposit is non-refundable.
• Changes to booking details are subject to availability.
11. Liability Waiver
Bluma Jumps UK shall not be held liable for: Injury; Loss; Damage, arising from participation in the activity. This applies to all participants and third parties.
12. Indemnity
The hirer agrees to indemnify Bluma Jumps UK against any claims arising from the event, including third-party claims.
13. Media & Promotion
Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes unless the hirer requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
14. Branding & Use
Equipment and branding must not be misused or altered. The hirer must not use the activity or branding in a way that may damage reputation.
15. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
16. Agreement
By confirming the booking, the hirer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
