1. General
All bookings (including classes, events, workshops and Jump Passes) are subject to availability and confirmation. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation policy outlined below.
2. Classes
All class bookings are non-refundable. Classes may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that session. Failure to attend a booked class (no-show) will result in the session being forfeited.
3. Jump Passes / Packages
Jump Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. All passes must be used within their stated validity period. Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited.
4. Events & Workshops
Event and workshop bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person or to another event, subject to approval and at the organiser’s discretion. Transfers may be refused or subject to conditions where capacity is limited or close to the event date.
5. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes, events or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor illness, low attendance, venue issues or force majeure. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled session, alternative event, or class credit. Refunds may be issued at our discretion where no suitable alternative is available.
6. Cooling-Off Period
By booking a class, event or service scheduled within 14 days, you request that the service begins within the statutory cooling-off period. You acknowledge that once the service has been fully delivered, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may be lost.
