Class Bookings, Cancellations & Refund Policy
Last updated: 19/05/2026
Scope
This policy applies to Rebound Club Southend classes, fitness sessions, Jump Passes, packages, class-related services, and local fitness bookings made through Bluma Jumps UK or www.blumajumps.co.uk. Separate terms may apply to workshops, events, private hire, commercial hire, and fitness holidays.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Your booking is confirmed once payment, deposit, or booking confirmation has been received and accepted. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, shoe size, body weight, health information where requested, and any other details needed for safe participation.
Class Bookings
Class bookings are non-refundable unless we cancel the class and no suitable alternative is available. You may request to reschedule a class with at least 24 hours’ notice before the class start time, subject to availability. Cancellations, reschedule requests, or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of the session or deposit. Failure to attend a booked class is treated as a no-show and the session or deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits
Where a class is booked using a deposit, the deposit secures your space and is non-refundable. Any remaining balance must be paid before or on arrival, as stated at booking. If you cancel late, do not attend, or fail to provide the required participation details, the deposit may be retained.
Jump Passes and Packages
Jump Passes, memberships, packages, and class credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the stated validity period. Unused sessions, benefits, or credits expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried over unless we agree otherwise in writing. Jump Passes do not guarantee availability for every class. Advance booking is required and places are subject to capacity.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time, especially if boot hire or fitting is required. Late arrival may result in refusal of participation if warm-up, fitting, or safety briefing has been missed. In such cases, the session may be forfeited.
Cancellation by Us
We may cancel, reschedule, relocate, or amend classes due to instructor illness, low attendance, venue issues, weather, safety concerns, transport disruption, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. Where we cancel a class, we will offer a rescheduled session, alternative class, or class credit. Refunds may be issued where no suitable alternative is available.
Cooling-Off Period for Services
Where you book a class, package, or service online, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, by booking a class, event, or service scheduled to take place within 14 days, you request that we begin providing the service during the cooling-off period. If the service is fully performed within that period, and you agreed for the service to begin, your right to cancel may be lost once the service has been delivered. If you cancel after we have started providing a service but before it is fully performed, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the part of the service already provided.
Health and Safety Information
You must inform us before class if you have any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, medication, balance concern, or other issue that may affect safe participation. We may refuse participation where we reasonably believe it would be unsafe.
Behaviour and Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant who behaves unsafely, aggressively, disruptively, disrespectfully, or in a way that puts themselves, instructors, other participants, equipment, or venue staff at risk. No refund will be issued where removal is due to misconduct or breach of safety rules.
