Personal / Private Hire Agreement & Liability Waiver
Bluma Jumps UK (sole trader), trading as Rebound Club Southend
This agreement applies to private (non-commercial) hire only. For events, group bookings, or commercial use, separate terms apply. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By hiring and/or using rebound shoes, you agree to the terms below.

1. Hire Duration
The hire period is agreed at the time of booking. Standard hire is up to 3 days unless otherwise agreed. Extended hire must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
2. Delivery, Collection & Courier Hire
Local delivery/collection is available within agreed postcodes. UK-wide delivery is available via courier at an additional cost. For courier hire, equipment is dispatched in advance of the hire period. The hirer must: Be available to receive delivery (if applicable); Ensure equipment is securely packaged for return; Follow provided return instructions. The hirer is responsible for timely return of equipment. Late returns may incur additional charges. Bluma Jumps UK is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
3. Responsibility During Hire
The hirer is fully responsible for the equipment for the entire hire period. Equipment must only be used on flat, clean, and suitable surfaces, in safe environments free from hazards. Equipment must not be used: In wet, muddy, or abrasive conditions; In any unsafe or inappropriate setting. The hirer is liable for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
4. Condition of Equipment
All equipment is inspected and cleaned prior to hire. Any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt. By accepting the equipment, the hirer confirms it is in good working condition. Equipment must be returned in the same condition (fair wear accepted).
5. Deposit Payment & Return Policy
A refundable deposit may be required depending on hire duration and quantity. The deposit may be retained (partially or fully) in cases of: Damage; Missing parts; Late return; Non-return. Additional charges may apply up to the full replacement value of the equipment. Deposits are refunded within 5 working days after inspection.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48+ hours before dispatch: full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours: non-refundable, but may be rescheduled (subject to availability). Once equipment has been dispatched, refunds are not available. In the unlikely event of cancellation by Bluma Jumps UK, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
7. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Rebound shoes involve physical activity and carry inherent risk. The hirer confirms that all users: Are physically fit to participate; Do not have conditions that prevent safe use. Users must stop immediately if experiencing: Pain; Dizziness; Discomfort. Use of equipment is entirely at the user’s own risk.
8. Assumption of Risks
The hirer acknowledges risks including (but not limited to): Falls; Collisions; Sprains; Fractures. The hirer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use of the equipment.
9. Hire for Minor Participants
If equipment is used by persons under 18, a parent, guardian, or responsible adult must supervise at all times. The hirer accepts full responsibility for their safety.
10. Liability Waiver
Bluma Jumps UK shall not be held liable for: Injury; Loss; Damage, arising from the use of hired equipment. This applies to the hirer and all participants using the equipment.
11. Indemnity
The hirer agrees to indemnify Bluma Jumps UK against any claims, including third-party claims, arising from use of the equipment.
12. Use of equipment & Branding
Equipment must not be misused or used in a way that may damage reputation or safety. The hirer must not: Alter equipment; Remove branding; Use equipment for resale or unauthorised commercial purposes without permission.
13. Commercial Use of Equipment
Hire of rebound shoes is strictly for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use includes (but is not limited to): Paid fitness classes; Group sessions or organised activities; Corporate events; School, university, or community events; Any activity where participants are charged or the equipment is used for business purposes. Commercial use must be declared at the time of booking and may be subject to: Different pricing; Additional terms and conditions; Requirement for instructor supervision or approval. The hirer must not use the equipment for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Bluma Jumps UK . We reserve the right to refuse or terminate hire if equipment is used for undeclared commercial purposes. The hirer remains fully responsible for ensuring that all participants are supervised appropriately, use the equipment safely, and are informed of the risks involved
14. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
15. Agreement
By confirming the booking, the hirer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
