About the event
Kangoo Discovery™️ - is specifically developed for young people above the age of 5. It is a basic program for schools and fitness organizations that challenges the children's creativity by including games and exercises that keep class motivating from beginning to end. Classes are designed to build coordination, endurance, good body posture and self-image. With KJ rebound shoes, children turn negative energy into positive, in a fun and enjoyable workout that will challenge both the body and brain in the most interactive and innovative ways.
Suitable for all fitness professionals and those who want to start their fitness journey. Aerobic and/or Exercise to Music and/or Group Fitness certificate is a prerequisite. If you don't have any, we offer an online 2-day (8 hours in total) aerobic course. DM directly to apply.
